| Remarks : | On a pelagic survey conducted by the Cochin Natural History Society.
This bird looks more like a Parasitic Jaeger for me due to the following:
- The head shape looks more like Parasitic (lacks the heavy headed Pomarine style) and lacks the puffed up chest typically shown by Pomarine.
- The primary coverts are all dark and do not show any pale flashes typically shown by Pomarine.
- The wings also appear narrower compared to Pomarine. - Dipu Karuthedathu |
