| Remarks : | It is considered to be the first sighting in South India. Mr. PC Rajeevan could spot the bird first, and myself and Jayan could record it in the camera. I could sight and snap the first photo of Pectoral sandpiper on 19th
September afternoon and the bird was with a flock of Lesser Sandplovers and Little Stints. We could observe the bird and take photo on 21st and 22nd also. - KC |
