| Remarks : | I am lucky enough to have a pair of Brahminy Kites nesting high up in the trees behind my house which is 1 km from the centre of Kota Kinabalu. I first noticed it at the end of November and have been watching it grow since then.
In the past few days (18th -19th Dec) the larger one that I believe is the female has been spending more time on the nest but not the majority of the time. It is hard to tell if there are eggs as the nest is so high up and I haven't seen any aerobatics that occur with mating. - SL |
