| Remarks : | PIC. 1: As we wait for the owls the male suddenly lands on a branch with a dangling mice or shrew.
PIC. 2: The female immediately comes
flying to the male and receives (read grabs) the prey.
PIC. 3: The
female (now with mouse) and the male suspiciously look at us giving a
perfect photo opportunity and flies off. The male left too. PIC. 4:
After a while he returned this time without prey and started resting
(left) for the day. The female is on the right squatting on the branch
while the male kept a watchful eye on us.
