| Remarks : | These birds are very wary of human beings and fly away at the slightest disturbance. This is the first time I observed them for a comfortably long time (about 30 minutes). We were lucky not to be detected as we crouched and hid behind a bush at Kurua Beel (which is a swamp in the Potasali Range). - PB |
