| Remarks : | This White-cheeked Partridge was apparently captured by some kids at the village of Deikpha along the Tanai River, Kachin State, Myanmar. This area is just south of the Hukaung Wildlife Sanctuary. This is at an altitude of just over 100m. Since that time I have heard partridges that could be this species twice, but my visits have never corresponded with peak calling times. - RT |
