| Remarks : | Endemic to Sumatra and only known from nine previous records. This bird was inadvertently trapped by hunters in a snare set for Junglefowl. Following a period of recuperation, the bird was released back to the wild close to the location of its capture near Liwa in Bukit Barisan Selatan National Park, southern Sumatra. |
