| Remarks : | The white faecal spots on the rocks were our only hint to the presence of the Owls in the rocky/craggy landscape. Otherwise they were completely camouflaged and, although we could search the Parent Owl quickly, we were quite unaware of the chicks that merged with the rocks near its nest. It was only after a close look from the scope that we were able to get a glimpse of two fluffy chicks, which were shy and retreated inside. - AS |
