| Red Data Status : | Least Concern |
| Remarks : | Less than 10 cm long, this compact little bird with its short bill and tail can easily be identified by the bold olive-green streaks on its yellowish breast and underparts. Usually first heard by its clicking, metallic chik-chik-chik call, the bird is highly active as it flits from branch to branch looking for food. This individual was no different, stopping briefly to swallow a mouthful of food before rushing off to the next branch. - DL |
