| Remarks : | At 9.38am. Shot during the pelagic survey conducted by Kerala Forest Department and Kottayam Natural History Society.
A flock of Wilson's Storm Petrels feeding on (or near) the carcass of a dead Green Sea Turtle. The flock had more than 30 birds, but only 10 of them are visible in this image. It appeared they were feeding on the plankton near to the carcass rather than directly pecking on it. |
