| Remarks : | The breeding season of this species being from June to September, this is the best time of the year to photograph these wonderful birds around "The City of Joy". As per their normal habitat, Rajarhat wetlands of Kolkata being one of the best sustainable environment to thrive their normal breeding habits, these birds can be found aplenty in this wetland, particularly around this time of the year. These birds are normally not that shy and allows close approach, if not disturbed. - KB |
