| Remarks : | All five photos are of the same bird. Three birds were singing from their respective territories all separated by road. All territories were in bamboo. They never left their territories. This seemed consistent with nesting behavior. We were already familiar with the calls of Hill Blue (mostly descending rapid whistling notes with some chips). But the songs we heard were slower and mostly rising-falling-rising with chips. We played the song of Large Blue Flycatcher and they responded very well.
