| Otto Pfister |

| | Otto is a Swiss-born nature photographer with a special interest in birds. He has lived in the Indian Subcontinent for over 12 years and is an expert on the wildlife of Ladakh. He has published several articles and papers on environment and avifauna, as well as contributed many of his photos to various books, magazines and journals. He is author of the book Birds and Mammals of Ladakh and co-author of A Photographic Guide to the Birds of the Himalayas and A Photographic Guide to the Birds of India. Otto works with Fujichrome Provia 100F films, a Nikon F100 and F3PHP camera, using mainly the Nikkor 500 mm/f4 lens. |
