| Ansar Khan, Ornithologist and Wildlife Photographer invites bird watchers and wildlife photographers to relish and enjoy the wildlife diversity of India. Born and raised in the heart of the Keoladeo National Park, Bharatpur, Ansar Khan is acquainted with every minute detail of the park and has up-to-date knowledge of all the nesting sites. He is able to pinpoint the location of birds of different habitats in and around the park. Being the Son of Mr. Bholu Khan (Dept. of Forest, Keoladeo National Park) who himself worked with Dr. Salim Ali, he got the zeal for birds and wildlife in legacy. Recently he has prepared an updated checklist of the avian fauna of the national park, adding 42 new introductions to existing record of the birds in the park.
Ansar has a vast work experience of five years of leading birding tours from Exotic Journeys, and birders of repute in Keoladeo National Park. He also has experience of avian life interpretation in Sariska Tiger Reserve, Ranthambore National Park and other prominent sanctuaries like Taal Chapar, Kheechan etc. Ansar khan is also a wildlife photographer having publication credentials in WWF-India Posters. He has immense knowledge of different habitats and hot spots for capturing the vibrancy of birds through lenses.
Ansar is also the Secretary of Life Line For Nature Society, a Registered Non-Governmental Organization working in field of conservation and wildlife awareness.
