| Krys is well known for his involvement in Oriental ornithology and with the Indian region in particular, being author of A Field Guide to the Birds of the Indian Subcontinent and co-author with Raj Singh of A Birdwatchers' Guide to India. He runs the two Internet discussion groups OrientalBirding and OrientalBirdingPix, and is the editor/curator of this database: Oriental Bird Images (OBI), the image database of the OBC.
Krys is not really a bird photographer but has taken the occasional snap as evidenced by his contributions here. |
